Before navigating our website, please read this page carefully, which contains binding terms and conditions for its use (hereinafter the “Terms”). If you disagree with any term hereof, please discontinue all interaction with the Site. Browsing it or using any of its content will be understood as your unreserved acceptance of and commitment to these Terms.
We reserve the exclusive right to modify or renew these Terms whenever we deem it necessary, such as e.g. in case we add new functions and features to the website. Minors
The website is intended for adults over eighteen (18) years of age. Vessels and expressions of interest
On our website you can find out about our fleet of vessels, in order to choose the one that best serves your needs. For each vessel you will find some basic information, such as indicative photos, vessel type and version, technical characteristics, as well as the monthly rent of the vessel.
Once you find a vessel that interests you on our website, you can easily and quickly express your interest by clicking on the relevant option on the vessel page and filling out the relevant contact form. A SeaCoyote representative will contact you without delay to inform you about the availability of the vessel, any alternative options, the procedure for entering into the lease and to send you the relevant offer.
Please note that while we make every effort to keep our website fully up-to-date in relation to our available fleet, this is not always possible. Therefore, under no circumstances can the display of a vessel with specific features on our website be considered as a proposal or invitation to enter into a contract for that particular vessel, nor as a guarantee, promise or assurance that the particular vessel with the specific features will is available for rent at any time. Likewise, the expression of interest in a vessel does not create any commitment, contractual or pre-contractual liability either to SeaCoyote, or to you, to purchase either that or any other vessel.
Website Use
It is expressly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms:
- The use of the website in a way that could damage, alter or destroy the website or part of it and/or prevent access to it or its use by other users,
- Dispersing on the website any malicious or non-malicious software, and/or sending harmful files, capable of jeopardizing the smooth operation and/or integrity of the website and/or the connection and access of other users to it,
- Publishing, sending or otherwise communicating on or through the website any offensive, harassing, vulgar, racist, offensive, pornographic, defamatory or generally illegal content,
- Through the website, infringement of our rights or those of third parties, such as intellectual property rights,
- Accessing the website for purposes of comparative analysis, copying, reverse engineering or with other competitive intentions,
- The use of the website in order to circumvent the applicable legislative and regulatory framework and/or to achieve any illegal, unfair or unethical purpose,

In the same way, any display or reference to SeaCoyote by any third-party medium cannot be understood as concealing any relationship we have with this medium or any acceptance on our part of the content and opinions displayed therein.
Security and functionality
We make every effort to continuously improve the user experience visiting our website. However, due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee or ensure that your use of the website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We also reserve the right at any time to temporarily or permanently stop the operation of the entire website or part of it, for reasons of maintenance, or upgrading, or for any other reason, at our discretion.

No resignation
Any inaction or delay on our part in the exercise of any right granted to us by these Terms or by law should not be understood as a waiver or an indication of our waiver of this right, the exercise of which within the specified legal deadlines always remains at our discretion.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Greek Republic, excluding its conflict of laws provisions. Locally competent courts for the resolution of any dispute arising in relation to this are defined as the competent Courts of Athens.
